Bayou State Packaging is a paperboard convertor and packaging supplier based in Monroe, Louisiana. Co-founders, Will Kight and DeSha Sims, formed the company in 2012. The two friends had been working independently in the industry for decades gaining invaluable experience and knowledge along the way.

Will’s paperboard background in Louisiana and DeSha’s packaging background in Texas created the perfect blend of skillsets. So, they teamed up and launched Bayou State Packaging.
